Jenarño Property Development & Estates was formed by Wayne Williams from Lancashire, and Steve Robinson from Dorset. Both purchased properties in Spain and relocated. Both had gone through the ups and downs of buying a property here.

Initially they decided to work together on their own building and reforming property development projects selling through agents. Due to their own, and other peoples experiences with agents, property locators, financial and legal representatives, and building contractors, they decided there was a need for a complete end-to-end, no-nonsense service in this area.
